According to the regulation that is active at Sept. 2018; purchase of at least 250.000 USD worth real estate is enough to obtain Turkish Citizenship. It was 1 million US Dollars before September 2018. Foreigners who buy real estate in the amount of 250.000 US Dollars and keep it for 3 years will be able to get citizenship immediately. During this 3 years the applicant do not have to reside in Turkey. Due-diligence is made for the value of the property by the licensed appraisers assuring that it worth at least 250.000 USD.
