After you decide on the property that you will buy; our buying process is simple, and friendly. The payments on your purchase contract will be as follows.

 • The payment for the real estate to the developer will be done.
 • The title deeds will be obtained immediately with 1 time 1.5% tax. It was 2%   before.
 • All the citizenship application and necessary documents and approvals will be done by our lawyers with 50% discount to service cost.  We have a in-house lawyer to follow up obtaining the following;

A local tax number, power of attorney, application forms for all family members, licensed real estate valuation reports. After all set and application is done; it will take about 6 month to obtain Turkish ID Cards. There is no need to reside in Turkey to become a citizen if you buy a 250.000 USD worth real estate.
